Summary: Speak is an app for Tech For Good 2022 dedicated to helping people with intellectual disabilities with social interactions in their day to day lives. Speak has features such as Social etiquette tips to help educate those with intellectual disabilities on proper social etiquette.

Purpose: To investigate the relationship between the pH level of milk and its edibility (measured by bacterial growth)
Hypothesis: The pH level of milk should drop significantly overtime as more bacterial growth increases (which indicates it is no longer safe for consumption).
Summary: This project was used for the International Elementz Science Fair as well as the A*Star Victoria Junior College Science Fair. In this project, we tested the amount of bacteria in 2 samples of milk on agar plates and counted the amount of bacteria. Then we measured the pH of the milk daily and compared the results to see if there were any correlation or trends. In the end, we found that a small drop in pH such as by 0.1 can already mean that the milk is unsafe for consumption.
